Frequently Asked Questions (and Answers)
Drew Blue Shoes amazes audiences of all ages with magic, comedy, participation, and surprises that will knock your shoes off! Many parents have never hired a kids party entertainer before and have many questions. Good thing Drew has many answers…
How did Drew Blue Shoes get his name?
When Drew was younger, he was gifted magical blue shoes from his mentor, The Great Shoedini. These shoes allowed Drew to perform amazing magical miracles which he now regularly performs in his magic shows.
What is the difference between the 30, 45, and 60 minute package?
The only difference how many tricks Drew can fit into the show. Regardless of which package you choose, Drew includes a customized grand finale routine for the guest of honor. Unlike other magicians who perform a downgraded show when you book a shorter package, Drew brings his A-game regardless of package choice. Drew customizes each show to fit the audience and occasion, ensuring that each show packs maximum entertainment into whichever package you choose!
Which magic show package is best for my event?
Drew recommends choosing a package based off your event schedule and the age of the audience. For kids under 5, Drew recommends the 30 minute package. The full hour show is best for kids ages 8 and up. For an audience of mixed ages, Drew recommends his medium 45 minute show. All shows usually run 5-10 minutes longer than advertised.
Do you have any animals in your show?
As a very busy kids party entertainer, and due to an increase in allergy concerns, Drew does not feature any live animals in his shows. This allows Drew to be more flexible with his shows, keep his prices down and his availability up! Drew may include his pet rubber chicken, which kids find lovable, but no live animals are included. Despite this, there is plenty of excitement and unpredictability found in Drew’s show.
Do you have any giveaways in the show?
Along with magical memories, every child in attendance will go home with a souvenir Drew Blue Shoes Dollar Bill. The birthday child will also receive a magic wand and a custom birthday card.
Do you offer balloon twisting or face-painting?
Unfortunately, no. Drew specializes in magic shows and prides himself in being one of the area’s most-dedicated kids party entertainer. If you’re looking to add extra excitement to your party, consider adding an interactive magic lesson!
